Setu Bandhasana Series
This is a wonderfully flowing series that relaxes the body and allows you to really connect with your breath. Once you get used to the sequence, you can begin to introduce a 4:4 count, whereby you breathe in for 4 counts, seeing if you can make the movement last the entire length of your breath. Then you breathe out for 4 counts, allowing the next movement to take the entire length of that count.
